Please allow up to 30 days for approval.  Work is not permitted to begin until you have received approval communicated from the Board.

    ​COLOR SAMPLES: all applicable paint chip(s) and/or color sample(s) must be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rockwood Property Management (1421 N Meadowwood Ln. Suite 200, Liberty Lake WA.) for review.  Your application will be reviewed upon receipt of the original paint chips and/or color samples. ​
    In order to expedite your application, please attach the following:
    1. Aerial view of the property. This can be found on Google Earth
    2. Photo of subject property and any neighboring homes
    3. Sample paint chips of any color(s) being used. Please keep these available as we may require them to be mailed or dropped off to our office in order to see the true color.
    4. Photos or brochures of any products or items being installed, built, or used. This includes fencing, decking, patio covers, etc. Please keep these available as we may require them to be mailed or dropped off to our office.
    5. Detailed diagram of anything being constructed either by a contractor or DIY project.
    6. All dimensions of item(s) being constructed. For example, storage sheds need height, width, and depth.
